The Danish Chess Union's tournament system carries the invitation to the 2026 championship from Frederiksberg Skakforening and Skak for sjov, with rounds on Wednesdays from 7 October 2026 in the chess rooms at Falkoner Alle 36, Frederiksberg; the club's home page links to it as starting on 7 October. The FIDE rated-tournament list shows the 2024 championship starting 2 October 2024 and the 2025 championship playing rounds 5 to 7 from 12 November 2025.
