What the form sends

Sending the form passes on the name you typed, the contact you chose to give and your message: which place, what should change, where it can be checked and how you know the place. The address and language of the page you wrote from are added. One field is hidden from people and exists only to catch automated spam.

What messages are used for

Messages are kept by a form service and read together at the next revision of the directory. They are used only to check and apply what you report, and you hear back only if you ask and leave a contact. Names and contacts are never published, sold or handed to the club, venue or organiser concerned; a correction on the site describes the change, never the person who sent it.

How visits are counted

Visits are counted by a small script served from this site's own domain. It sets no cookie and does not follow anyone to other sites. For each page view it records the page, the page that linked to it, and the browser, type of device and country taken from the request; these figures are only ever read as totals.

Nothing loaded from elsewhere

The site loads no advertising, no social-media code and no other outside tracking, and no external fonts, map tiles or images. A link to a source or a map takes you to another website, which has privacy rules of its own. The host that delivers these pages handles technical data such as IP addresses only as far as delivery requires.

Your rights under the GDPR

You can ask for a message you sent to be erased or corrected, or ask what is stored: write again through the form with the same name and contact and say what you want done. The request is carried out in the form service when messages are next read. You may also complain to a data protection authority, in Denmark Datatilsynet, or to the authority of the country where you live.
