Tell us about a club, or correct an entry

Write here about a chess club, a regular chess evening or a recurring tournament in Copenhagen, Frederiksberg or a nearby municipality that the directory does not have yet, or about an entry that is wrong or out of date. Players, parents, coaches, club board members and venue staff are all welcome.

A link does more than anything else: the club's own page, a union notice or a dated post. Messages are read together at the next revision and compared with that page, and every change that follows is dated in the list of changes.

What is your message about?
For a new place: what chess is played there and on which day. For an error: which part of the entry is wrong.
Paste a link to a page, notice or post that shows it.
So that we know who is writing; your name never appears on the site.
A phone number or a chat account works too, if you prefer to leave out your email.

Give at least one way to reach you. No one else sees it; it is only used for questions about your message.

How the contents of this form are handled is described in the data and privacy notes.

What happens after you send it

  • Messages wait until the next revision of the directory and are then read together.
  • Each one is compared with the club's or organiser's own pages; where they confirm it, the entry changes and the date goes into the list of changes.
  • Where no page supports it, the entry stays as it is, including any unconfirmed status it already shows.
  • You get a reply only if you ask for one and leave a way to reach you.
